Your Complete Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. References to a statute or statutory provision include any modifications, amendments, or re-enactments thereof. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

By registering a q98game account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the q98game Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

Access to q98game and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Where q98game determines that a Player did not meet the age eligibility requirements at registration, q98game will immediately suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant authority as required by applicable law. Any winnings generated during an underage account's activity will be forfeited in full.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one q98game account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number in active use, a working email address, and accurate personal details as they appear on your CNIC. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles q98game to immediately close the Account and forfeit any balance therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your q98game login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not such activity was conducted by you personally.
• Notifying q98game immediately — via live chat or by contacting [email protected] — if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

The PKR amounts displayed in your wallet are the actual amounts available to wager and withdraw.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the q98game Account holder. Third-party withdrawals — including payments to family members' Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts — are strictly prohibited and will result in the withdrawal being declined and the Account referred for review.

The following general principles apply to all q98game bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms and will not be retroactively increased after a player has accepted a bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the certified studio RTP values for each game; q98game does not modify game algorithms or adjust RTP settings from their certified configurations.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game session, q98game's system logs will be used to determine the state of play at the point of interruption. q98game will restore the session to its last recorded state to the extent technically possible. Where bets have been voided under this provision, all PKR stakes will be returned to the player's wallet in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q98game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances following investigation:

• Opening more than one Account on the q98game Platform, whether in your own name, under a family member's identity, or using any other individual's personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or harvest odds data on the q98game Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly live poker or live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source through the q98game Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q98game Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any q98game content without prior written authorisation; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any q98game software; or use q98game brand assets in any external context without express written permission from q98game.

q98game shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by events outside q98game's reasonable control, including but not limited to Pakistani network outages, internet service provider failures, government-directed platform restrictions, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials or their voluntary disclosure of Account information to third parties.
• Errors in live sports odds where such errors arise from a data feed provider and are corrected by q98game within a reasonable time following discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude q98game's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

q98game collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the q98game Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at q98game.pro/privacy-policy.

In summary: q98game collects personal data including your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, CNIC details (for identity verification), and payment information solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing PKR transactions, preventing fraud, meeting compliance obligations, and providing customer support. q98game does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering a q98game Account, you consent to q98game processing your personal data for these purposes. You may withdraw consent and request data deletion by contacting q98game at [email protected], subject to q98game's legal obligations to retain certain records under applicable financial compliance requirements.

q98game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where q98game has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• A Player has breached these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 8.
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct in connection with the Platform.
• A Player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal against a legitimate q98game transaction.
• A Player's Account is associated with underage access, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• A Player has provided false information during registration or identity verification.

Upon permanent Account closure by q98game for a breach of these Terms, any real-money PKR balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, real-money balances may be forfeited in full. Bonus balances are forfeited in all Account closure scenarios without exception.

Players may voluntarily close their q98game Account at any time by contacting q98game support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to the Player having met any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with the q98game Platform, these Terms, or any specific transaction, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact — q98game Support: Players must first raise the dispute directly with q98game's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your Account username, a description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. q98game's support team will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve standard disputes within 5 business days.
2. Escalation — q98game Management Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the dispute to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may request escalation to q98game's management review team. This review typically takes an additional 5–10 business days and will result in a final written determination from q98game.
3. Independent Review: Where a Player remains dissatisfied following q98game's management determination, the Player may seek independent review through an appropriate consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution body. q98game will cooperate fully with any such process.

q98game's system logs and records constitute the primary evidence base for all dispute resolutions. In all cases of discrepancy between a Player's account of events and q98game's system records, the system records will be treated as authoritative unless the Player provides compelling independent evidence to the contrary.

q98game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to all registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to address fraud, security vulnerabilities, or regulatory compliance matters, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the q98game Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. q98game will process the closure and return any verified real-money PKR balance to your registered payment method.

The current effective version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at q98game.pro/terms-and-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of the document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing the q98game Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms creates, or is intended to create, a partnership, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between q98game and any Player. These Terms represent the entire agreement between q98game and the Player in relation to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
